Sleeping problem: Sleep disorders and other sleep problems cause more than just sleepiness. A lack of quality sleep has a negative impact on your energy, emotional balance, productivity, and health.   • The bael fruit consists of moisture 61.5%, protein 1.8%, fat 0.3%, minerals 1.7%, fiber 2.9% and carbohydrates 31.8% per 100 grams of edible portion. Its mineral and vitamin contents include calcium, phosphorus, iron, carotene, riboflavin, thiamin, niacin and vitamin C.

Take same quantity of Gisekia pharmaceoides (Manalikkeerai), basil leaves and bael tree leaves. Clean and dry it. Make powder it. Then eat 2mg daily before go to bed.
