If we eat the “cardamom with ghee” then cold will be cured.

Symptoms:

1. Irritation on throat.
2. Cough.
3. Throat pain.

Ingredients:

1. cardamom.
2. ghee.

Procedure to prepare:

1. Take 1teaspoon of cardamom.
2. Take 1teaspoon of ghee.
3. Mix the cardamom with ghee.

If  the child drink the decoction of  “Ocimum basilicum/basil “ then severe cough will be cured.

Symptoms:

1. Dry cough.
2. Chest pain.
3. Mucus.

Ingredients:

1. Ocimum basilicum/basil.

Procedure to prepare:

1. Grind the Ocimum basilicum/basil with water.
2. Filter the decoction.
3. Drink 2 teaspoon often.

If the child drink the decoction of “Asafoetida with hot water” then continuous cough will be cured.

Symptoms:

1. Continuous cough.
2. Vomiting.
3. Stomach pain.

Ingredients:

1. Asafoetida.
2. Hot water.

Procedure to prepare:

1. Take 1 teaspoon of asafoetida.
2. Mix it with the hot water.
3. Drink 1 teaspoon of mixed decoction often.
