Constipation is an acute or chronic condition in which bowel movements occur less often than usual or consist of hard, dry stools that are painful or difficult to pass. Bowel habits vary, but an adult who has not had a bowel movement in three days or a child who has not had a bowel movement in four days is considered constipated.

Causes:

  • Anal fissure (a tear or crack in the lining of the anus).
  • Chronic kidney failure.
  • Hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid gland).

Symptoms:

  • Headache.
  • Swollen abdomen.
  • Pass rock-like feces.

Diagnosis:

  • Constipation is generally diagnosed to routine blood, urine, and stool tests, a sigmoidoscopy may help detect problems in the rectum and lower colon and also maybe taken to check for thyroid disorders.

Ingredients:

  1. Basil leaf.
  2. Mollugo cerviana leaves.

Natural Remedies:

  • (Ocimum tenuiflorum) Basil oil has potent antioxidant, anti-cancer, anti-viral and anti-bacterial properties. The herb has been used as an antidote for poison since ancient times. Plant Chemicals:  (+)- volatile oil (linalool, methyl chavicol), methyl cinnamate, cineole, citronellol, geraniol, myrcene, pinene, ocimene, terpineol, E-beta-caryophyllene.
  • The extracts of M. cerviana showed the presence of tannins and saponins. Saponins are known for their medicinal properties as a natural blood cleanser, expectorant and antibiotics.

Take 4 nos of Mollugo cerviana leaves and basil leaves. Clean it. Then eat it raw.
